There's always a line out the door for 'Just the tip' (it's a sandwich)!!! Great local shop, so glad they're still around. They... do get busy around the lunch rush, and that includes weekends. You can order ahead online, but it won't let you order any of thespecials. The parking lot is TINY, there is also parking on the other side of the building, as well as on the street; difficultat times, but worth it! Read more

Great toasted meat filled sub. I am also a huge fan of shredded lettuce on my sub. They do a good job of making a filling... sandwich, but it does run on the dry side. Ask for a side of sauce or pickles if you want to cut it back a bit. Otherwise youhave a great sub to pack away for later. My go to spot for a quality sandwich to take on the boat or to the office to eat forlater. Lunch gets busy so plan to call ahead or wait the time it takes to put together a quality sandwich. The atmosphere in the front area reminds me of a mom-and-pop shop, which is always welcome. The seating area in the back and the... patio is interesting. I can see the surf/OB kinda feel they?re going for, but I don?t think it helps the restaurant for somereason. I ordered a tri-tip sandwich, which was recommended to me by the person taking my order. I realized shortly afterstarting into it that the veggies and bread were reminiscent of something I would get at Subway. Additionally, I didn?t thinkthe tri-tip was all that flavorful. As a result, I was disappointed by the experience. I don?t think I?ll be back. I will notethat I appreciate their hot sauce bottles that they sell separately! Read more
