A very great experience regardless of the frequent planes flying super low overhead. Started the meal with the biscuits which... were baked perfectly, but the surprise was the flavor of the miso honey butter spread on the side. Just a flavor combo thatdoesn?t overpower the biscuits. Second crack shack we visited in a week! We went to their other location earlier in the week and had to come try this location... as well! The food was amazing! Parking was a nightmare so if that's a concern either plan to park in a garage or go to the otherlocation as they have a parking lot. Either way after finding parking, we really enjoyed the food. I ordered The firebird sandwich: super crispy chicken with a nice kick to it. Also the set up is just awesome. You order you and... find a seat yourself. Another San Diego staple that has my 3 most important things; great food, great service, and great atmosphere! This is a totally... cool place to hang out for all ages AND there?s a bar. Besides the absolutely delicious food, my favorite part was when I askedthe cashier for a bigger cup for my water and she trusted me. I was really happy that she trusted me because I have no interestin soft drinks and did not want to have to get up constantly to fill my small water cup. My gosh! I?m from the East Coast, West Virginia specifically and this little place easily tops the list of chicken related grub... to eat. They were busy, but the service was quick. I?m still adjusting to West Coast pricing but to be honest, eating here fortwo was affordable. The quality of the food is TOP NOTCH. Unbelievable taste. The chicken isn?t dry but it?s not overly greasyeither. The Mexican Boutique (I may be wrong on the name) fries were delicious. I was full and couldn?t stop eating them. Thisplace IS A MUST.
