Popped in randomly as the family was driving around hungry. Hands down the best BBQ in San Diego. Better than Grand 'Ole BBQ.... Definitely better than Phil's. The brisket was so good. Some of the best BBQ around here! The brisket is incredible, and servings are large. All of the sides are delicious as well, not... just cheap add ons. Excellent Texas like bar b q. Good smoke flavor and good sides. I tried The baked beans and mac n cheese. The mac n cheese was... better than most with a light crunch on the top. The brisket was sliced thick with great marbling. I would try this place again.The hot wings were a bit too hot for me so ask for the sauce on the side. Read more
