I ordered a couple cheese steaks off of DoorDash and they showed up with literally like five pieces of meat and the one was just... completely drenched in cheese sauce. Not sure what's going on in the kitchen or the customer service realm over here but it'spretty bad. Read more

Urge Gastropub has been around for a few years now, but they find ways to keep it fresh and interesting! The breakfast menu is... great, with flavorful and unique choices. For example, the pork omelettes were great, and something I haven't had from anywherebefore! Urge has always been worth a visit, but the breakfast here is noteworthy on top of that! There's also a mimosa samplerthat's perfect to start your Saturday with! As a note for the new breakfast menu, it is only available Saturday and Sunday!Urge is also much slower than nearby breakfast restaurants, so the service is much faster and more pleasant than what you'dexpect. As always, Urge provides great service and food! Fresh and made to order, as well as a wide selection of beers anddrinks. My waiter, Mike, was also super friendly and made my time here even better! We ordered 2 Philly cheesesteaks and two sides of fries. Each Philly cheese sandwich was 17 dollars and two cheesy fries were 8... dollars a piece. Food was TRASH. Completely. There were maybe 5 or 6 fries in container with sprinkled preshedded cheese …fries were stale tasting( what little there was) and as far as sandwich’s go… barely any meat and bread was TERRIBLY STALE.we called and spoke with manger Keyona. She tried to explain it was an issue with Uber, but Uber was not the issue. Theydelivered on time and were quick. Good was hot but terrible quality wise as well as how it’s priced for what we got. She didoffer us a gift card… which we took but who wants to reorder food from such an awful experience? Uber has refunded our orderthankfully but this was totally not worth the 59 originally spent. Urge Gastropub shares its menu with The Barrel Room so there are a lot of menus to go through. It’s almost overwhelming but we... got through it and picked jambalaya and caprese pizza add pepperoni. I liked the jambalaya and it was surprisingly tomatoey butvery good. I was told the balsamic was a little heavy on the pizza otherwise it was tasty. Right now I’m not sure what’sgoing on with the wine selection or if the waiter didn’t know much about wine as he is only 20 and not allowed to open thebottle. We ordered a blend and he came back with an open bottle of Cabernet without checking with us first before the bartenderuncorked the bottle. It was a little bit of a struggle to find out what they actually had but eventually we were able to findsomething. I assume that it’s still a struggle to run a business with Covid. We were patient with the waiter and I tipped himwell. I would go back as I enjoyed the outdoor atmosphere and the food. Read more
