Hi everyone, I sometimes do food delivery on the side so I?ve been here couple of times, and I can say that the service is not... up to 5 stars, most of the time they mess up the orders and take way to long, the restrooms are always with sticky floors andthat tells a lot about cleaning in the restaurant, you can see the floor in the kitchen area plus of all wingstops I?ve beenwhile doing delivery this one in particular always smell a little funny( like fecal odor) These are some of the reasons I wouldnever be ordering from this wingstop. These people wouldn't know customer service if it hit them in the face. We ordered from them a total of 3 times. The first time... they forgot our fries, but it was no big deal since we called them and Wanda, the manager, assured us she would refund us theamount for them. They never issued a refund. It wasn't the biggest deal since it was only $3 for the fries but I could tell fromthen on that I needed to worry about this location. The 2nd order was fine, but the 3rd order is what really made me and myfamily upset and why we'll never return. We ordered 3 10-piece wings and a fry, totaling out to $60. After we picked it up, wereturned home only to find one of our 10-pieces was missing. We called them asking to remake our order as we drive back down topick up the forgotten items. The whole time Cameron on the phone sounded like he had no idea what he was doing, so I asked tospeak to Wanda the manager, but it was like speaking to a brick wall. She had me repeat what items were missing over 5 times andhad a nasty attitude about it. I demanded a refund since gas prices are at all-time highs, but she refused and I knew it waspointless since we never got refunded the first time. We finally agreed to remake the order and I relayed I would be there in 5minutes to pick it up. THEY HAD US WAIT FOR 30 MORE MINUTES. That's not even the best part though, the story gets better. Thelady with the braids behind the counter proceeded to hand my mom the bag with attitude and sarcastically apologize. At thispoint, I informed them they would be getting a terrible review for their careless attitudes and for forgetting our order. Iopened the order and IT WAS THE WRONG SAUCE. It was parmesan garlic that none of us even ordered, telling me they just don'tcare or they did it on purpose!!! I just walked out cause I now understand why this location is so terrible. Don't waste yourtime with this place! I'm hoping Wingstop at least sees this and makes a change at this location ASAP. Read more
By far one of the worse experiences ever. I picked up my order, and asked her to check it. She said everything was there. I... drove home only to find out that they missed one of my orders, but charged me. So I drove back told them that they forgot one ofmy orders and waited another 40 minutes!!? When I had finally had enough, I went to the counter and asked her where the wingswere and she hadn't even put the order in yet. When I finally got the wings, she gave me total attitude. a few days ago i had made a takeout order using the app at around 2pm, which was scheduled for pickup at 9:15pm that same day. 7... hours is more than enough time to acknowledge my order, and prepare accordingly, is what i thought. Time goes by and I walk inat 9:10, at this time i wasn?t upset because i was 5 minutes early, like i said i only expected it at 9:15. I take a seat andwait, the clock keeps ticking and i?m sat here waiting, a couple people that made orders then and there got their orders beforeme. 10 minutes passed, 20 minutes passed, then finally 33 minutes after my schedule pick up time, a bag that i noticed was beinguntouched during this whole ordeal, gets one last box put into it and given to me. If i made the order then and there i wouldunderstand the wait time, but I ordered my food a whole 7 hours beforehand, it shouldn?t have taken someone 7 hours to notice myorder last minute and have me waiting 33 minutes for a *scheduled* order. The 2 young men staff were extremely polite. But we were very disappointed with the food. The lack of flavors and the wings were... not great. We wish we would have gone to mcdonalds, jersey mikes, in n out or even subway. Again, the staff were nice andpolite! Read more
