My friend and I just arrived in San Francisco (her first time) to celebrate a significant birthday and are staying at the Hotel... Emblem. We spotted the restaurant nearby and decided to try it out. I came here for dinner on a Saturday. Would recommend that anyone make a reservation ahead of time - we walked in and had to... wait around half an hour since it was pretty busy. I had the spaghetti and meatballs which was pretty bland. I have had betterseasoned meatballs from the supermarket unfortunately. The quantity of food was a lot which is usual in my experience forItalian restaurants. Also had the cheesecake and crème brûlée which were decent desserts. Went to this cute place for dinner on a weekday to catch up with a friend. Loved their starters - calamari fry, breads are... fresh. Main course and wines are okayish. But the place seemed busy that waiters don’t check on the customers enough. Read more
What a fantastic quaint Italian restaurant. The entire time we were there the place was packed with a line outside. We visited this quaint little restaurant while on vacation in SF. The sitting is a bit tight, but that was true of everywhere we... dinned in the city. We started with some Parmesan Bread which came with oils for dipping. There was plenty to share between thefour of us. Everyone enjoyed there entree. I had the Chicken Piccata which great.
