The place was spotless and service was great. Went a little on the late side so there where no lines at all and service was... quick. Displays were fully stacked. Few bar stools to sit inside along with a few tables. Saw the option to order online forpickup and delivery using third party app. The place is connected to a hotel from one of the doors. There is no close streetparking not sure if you can use the hotel parking here. Read more
Ok, once we finally got our shakes, they were delicious. However they are so severely short staffed, with only two employees... working and only one working blender, it was ridiculous. The same person making the shakes would try to run out and clean thetables. Read more
Best sundae ever. Even a simple vanilla with chocolate icecream is Heaven here.
This place is special. The experience is actually better than the ice cream quality, to be quite honest, but it's worth a... stop...especially if you have young kids. It's quintessential San Francisco, and you can get lost in the flavors of chocolatesand sundaes. Have fun! Read more

This is the shop to order delectable sundaes and ice cream concoctions. They also have a gift shop on the side. Plenty of... seating but we went on a busy Saturday night and had to wait for seats to become available. The employees were very polite. Whenmy cousin wasn?t sure what she wanted, the clerk said what she recommended and that whatever you choose, we just want you tohave a good experience with us here.
