My experience with Nucha Empanadas was not the most traditional 5-star experience, but I am so glad I picked it. I ordered off... an App and the order was missing a few items when it arroved. I called the restaurant to explain the situation. The woman on thephone was very helpful and apologetic. I didn't expect anything more than a refund (which she offered). I was really surprisedwhen I received a call from an employee (sorry I cannot remember the name) and he offered to deliver the missing items to bepersonally. I was so happy. He arrived quicker than the App delivery driver did and gave me some complementary items, which weredelicious. I am so happy with the service and the food, this place is not like all the other restaurants that are just trying tomake money, you can tell they care about their customers.
