Shawarma was excellent. Finest I?ve ever eaten. Surprised rating is 3.9. I would give this a 5 anyway. Most ratings are not... accurate anyways. Read more
Inaccurate pricing. Their menu above the bar says a Kebab is $12.99. However the man taking orders tells patrons he is... charging $17.99. When you point out the inconsistency is ignores you and says the price is $17.99 for a wrap. If that?s theprice he needs to advertise it as such and remove any published pricing saying otherwise. Just across the street from the Moscone Center (the convention center), the Oasis Grill is a great place for a quick warm bite,... relatively inexpensive. They have a decent amount of tables and stools by the window should you choose to dine in. The staffis very friendly and patient. I had lunch there twice during my short stay in the city, it was well worth it. Read more
The food is decent but had an absolutely disappointing customer service experience that turned us off to this place... completely. The online menu prices are lower than those charged in the store. After ordering and picking up, I felt like thefinal bill was a bit higher than expected. Went home and checked my receipt against the menu and, yes, the online menu priceswere indeed lower. The difference was about five dollars (not a big deal, right?). We called and the person that answered wasextremely stand-offish, had no intention of apologizing, and the conversation quickly devolved into a shouting match. The ladyon the phone was outright hostile despite being on the wrong side of the issue. She also indicated that the prices were higherbecause of taxes charged (despite the amount of taxes clearly stated on the receipt as a separate line item). Extremely poorcustomer service. Disheartening considering that we were in the right. An acknowledgement of our concerns would have gone along way, we weren't looking for free food or some other type of concession. Just some understanding. I've included picturesof my receipt, and screenshots of the menu. Hopefully Google will allow them to be posted for clarity.
