Awesome food here and good portion too. Food tasted great. Stop by Peet?s Coffee to grab coffee, use the restroom, and wash your... hands before coming to eat in here. Unless you plan grab your food to-go then no need to wash those hands. Having a restroom orat least a sink for washing hands would be great and earn five stars. Read more
The food looks really good but it doesn't actually compare to any of the other Hawaiian BBQ places in SF. I got the Mixed... Chicken and BBQ order and my chicken was basically all breading, the steak pieces they gave me were just super leathery and notchewable and the chicken was extremely salty. Service was bland, like the salad. Never enough salad dressing. Staff looked tired and not welcoming.
Food is yummy and portions are big. But the location looks like no one cleans it (especially under the soda fountain, the... cabinet door was off the hinge and the area underneath was GROSS). And I found a large piece of clear plastic wrap in my scoopof macaroni salad. The health department needs to visit this place. Read more

Cheap Hawaiian food chain. There's seating, bottled drinks, and cups for a drink fountain. The restaurant is clean-ish and... there's some seating outside if you don't want to be inside. I ordered the chicken katsu plate lunch, which was $14.11 aftertax. The chicken was tender, but quite greasy. There were also some massive pieces and some really tiny pieces, so not veryconsistent. The rice was cooked well and the blanched vegetables were nice. The macaroni salad was very filling and probablyextremely unhealthy, but tasty. Overall, this is a decent place to stop by for a lunch. Everything is average-priced for SanFrancisco. The service and food leave a bit to be desired, which is why I'm giving four stars. Read more
