Received a gift card for Ozumo from work. I was extremely excited to try it! We started off with cocktails, I got the Omakase... (red) and my friend got the giddy geisha (yellow). Her drink was ok, a little bitter. The Omakase was absolutely delicious! Notsure what was in it though. We both ordered miso soup, which was fantastic. We also got the hanabi appetizer, which was alsoreally good. For the entrees, I got the Ozumo roll (honestly, it was ok) and my friend got the bucho. For dessert, we got thechoco-chan which was very delicious. We spent $200, which was a little more than expected. I do feel some of the prices ofthings on the menu are a little too high, as others have said. I wish my sushi roll was a little better but perhaps should’vegotten a different one. Overall it was an excellent experience and the restaurant is pretty. Read more

Solid sushi spot to dine with friends or a date night. Their crispy rice appetizer is addicting and their sushi and other dishes... are very high quality. Great atmosphere and drinks as well. Read more

Great space, with fresh fish and good service. The prices are high but worth checking out! Their sushi pieces could be a little... larger (compared to other fancy sushi restaurants I have tried). Their roles are very good! The best part was the desert! Verydelicious and tasty. I recommend checking out this place specially for special days. Read more

First time visiting this restaurant. We had a reserved bday dinner here. A few things to share: 1) We didn't know that they had... two separate dining areas. We sat in the regular/fine dining area which didn't allow HAPPY HOURS items (you have to sit in thesake lounge to get HAPPY HOURS items) 2) Food is okay for most parts. We ordered tuna tartare, salmon tartare, Ozumo signatureroll(these food items are on point). However, we ordered 8oz cheap American Wagyu (Tokyo GYU) and 4 oz expensive Japanese Wagyu(HIDA). Both steaks were overcooked even though I double confirmed medium RARE for both steaks (pointless). Of course I'm upsetthese two steaks cost $249 before tax and tip. Plus, they charge service fees if you bring your own CAKE 3) The diningenvironment is standard considering it's a $$$ restaurant. The staff are friendly and attentive. Although I prefer a bit morespace In between tables. Lastly, disposable chopsticks, seriously?! In short, the whole dinner experience is not satisfying! Read more

This is a fantastic Japanese Steakhouse but the food doesn't seem to be worth the price of the menu items. I've definitely been... to better Japanese steakhouses. It's not bad, I just had better. Everything we ordered was great! The service was also great! And the view was amazing if you were sitting in the back! Read more
