I encountered a barista who does not want to spend the time to make the perfectly creamy foam, and then patronizes me about what... I should have said to get the traditional cappuccino I want. In fact, I used their app to reorder, hence the same wording as thenumerous orders before. When I called customer service, they never returned my call. After years of being a loyal client andmostly receiving great customer service, I am disappointed about this. The company should care enough to return my call. I havegone to Peet's to get my favorite cappuccino for many years, not to get patronized or accused of having ordered incorrectly by alazy barista.
