SF brewing Co. is great, a lot of outdoor seating, great beers and cool ambiance overall, service was good and food was very... tasty, ordered the chicken sandwich and was very juicy, loved it! In terms of beers I had the Fog city New England IPA, AlcatrazAmber Ale and the Marin Blonde Ale, all great, would definitely come back. Brewery, tap house and restaurant located in Ghirardelli Square, located directly on San Francisco Bay. The location, facilities... and decorations are beautiful, and the beers were tasty. But that’s where the PROs end. The menu is basic, and the food wasmediocre, verging on poor. The service was terrible. Ordering exclusively with a QR code, no waiter came to our table except todeliver food. Bar tender was extremely rude watching his watch and rolling his eyes at us to leave (what kind of Tap Room closesat 8pm, anyways?). I’d go again based on its beautiful location, and cross my fingers for better service. Read more
Stopped in on our walk back from the pier to sample some local brews. Had some great beers and met and talked to the owner, who... was very friendly. He chatted with us about his favorite beer and the first beer he ever brewed and the let us sample a limitededition stout. Great experience. Would recommend for anyone in the area looking to check our a local business with a goodquality product. Read more

5-star beers, but 2-star food. It was my first time encountering the order-yourself process. You scan a QR and order and pay... yourself. The portal was confusing to the point where all of our food came widely spaced apart, and it’s unclear why/how itasks for a tip when you’re doing part of the work and service hasn’t even happened yet. The manager was very nice. The foodwas average tasting, but the fish tacos were a hot mess and were more salad-like. I would go back for beer, but would never eathere again. Read more
