Great spot for food! We went around 5:30pm with a group of 10 - the taqueria was more empty and we?re able to fit around one of... the tables! I got the super burrito which was pretty good and filling - you get to pick the meat and beans. They do not use anyegg in the burrito. Wish they served tap water though - only plastic bottles. Absolutely delicious burritos! This place was such a wonderful find! I ordered the "special burrito", but I have that stupid... gene that makes cilantro taste like soap, so I always have to make sure it won't be in my food. I asked if the guac had cilantroin it since it comes on that burrito and after double checking for me, the employee making my burrito confirmed that it did, soI just asked for it without guac. She then held up an avocado and asked if I wanted just the avocado instead of guac. That wasso kind and she went above and beyond when I simply would've just gone without that ingredient in my burrito. Read more

There's so many taquieras in the area (and a totally vegan Mexican restaurant down the street) and yet my heart always calls for... El Buen Sabor. My go-to is the tofu burrito, which comes with rice and beans. I like to add spicy pico de gallo and avocado, asI'm not in love with their guacamole. This time, I got the refried beans upon learning they were vegan, but I truly recommendgetting a mix of black and pinto beans for added texture. Nevertheless, today's order was just as good as the many that I've hadbefore it. The marinated tofu is such a thoughtful addition for veg customers, but there is also a super veg burrito withassorted veggies, rice, and beans, as well! The burrito comes with a little helping of chips and salsa (ask for both roja andverde!) which is a great side or versatile addition to the main. Pair it with a bottle of Coca-Cola and you've got a quick,delicious, and filling meal for around $15 -- a steal by San Francisco standards!
