I love this place so much. I think I reviewed it a few years ago but here's an updated review. I used to live in Glen Park and... Tekka House became my go to neighborhood sushi joint. The freshness of the fish is incredible and the prices have always beensuper reasonable, especially considering the quality you get! Andrew is a wonderful chef and makes every piece of sushi like anartisan. I love everything there but my go to was always a saba gari roll - delicious. Andrew also makes a mean glazed tamagohandroll for dessert, one of the most delicious handrolls I've ever had. I love this place so much that even though I live inNYC now, whenever I visit SF I try to stop by. That's how much I miss it! Read more
Outstanding sushi, dedicated chef and staff. Truly a hidden gem in SF !!
The sushi was fairly average: good but expensive. The service wasn?t great though. They wouldn?t approach your table unless you... summoned them through a web app, even e.g. to refill your water. Even though there were hardly any other customers. Read more
