This was an awful experience of my entire trip. The service was terrible. When I walked into the restaurant that day, the... waitress with glasses who was standing at the front desk walked away immediately, and I waited for a few minutes until the dutymanager told us only takeaway was available. Still, I could see some tables were vacated. So we stayed in the hotel lobby afterordering. But the wrong order was delivered. So I went back again, but the renowned name on the bill about the two of us mademe very uncomfortable, and I felt deeply offended. Inferior service!!! NEVER BACK AGAIN!!! Read more
Phenomenal focused menu. Everything they do is done well. The pizza which is new is fantastic. Other highlights include the... bruschetta, which is fresh and could be eaten by itself. The staff and GM are incredible, friendly, and accommodating.Reservations recommended, people have discovered Tratto, and the night we went they were booked wall to wall. Nice spot on the corner. Great atmosphere. The meatballs and polenta were delicious but the doughnuts were definitely lacking... something. I took them to go thinking they would taste different after cooling off but they tasted the same as in restaurant. Ithrew them away. They left a weird after taste in my mouth. I would return to this restaurant I just won't get doughnuts again.Our server was awesome. Read more
After a long travel day, we were starving and wanted something close to our hotel. We didn’t research, just picked the closest... place. We started our meal with the focaccia and the meatballs. Both were absolutely fantastic. For our main course we orderedthe pappardelle pasta and the pizza with prosciutto, roasted grapes, arugula, balsamic, and goat cheese. I’m not exaggeratingwhen I tell you this was the best pasta and pizza I have ever had - and I consider myself well pretty well traveled. The servicewas great, the drinks were strong. It was delicious. I had the gnocchi with beet and pistachio pesto and I was in heaven. The olive oil cake for dessert what... equally fantastic. The Italian soda was pleasant and not too sweet at all. I am not 100% sure the flavor but I think there wassome grapefruit in there. So you may want to double check if you have allergies.
