Ordered for pickup here and my expected time was 5:50-6 got there at 6. They said 15 minutes. After 15 minutes of waiting inside... they, I asked how it was going they said 15 more minutes and proceeded to just stare at me while I continued to wait. I?m prettysure they were trying to intimidate me but cmon I expect more from an establishment of this caliber. DO BETTER DOMINOS!!! Read more

I ordered from this Dominos yesterday hoping to have a quick lunch before getting ready to work and was extremely disappointed.... I placed the order at 2:44 pm and the tracker said it would take about 80-90 minutes to arrive, a bit long, but I was alrightwith that. Then 90 minutes came and I saw that the pizza tracker was showing that my pizza was still not in the oven so Idecided to call the store to see if there was an issue or if they were busy but every time I called it would ring for a whilebefore hanging up after a minute or so. This occurred about 5-6 times before I gave up. Around 4:30 pm I decided to order foodfrom another place as I didn't think I would receive my pizza for whatever reason. At around 4:44 pm while waiting for my otherfood to be delivered I received a notification that my food was finally in the oven. By 5 pm my other food was delivered and Iate and got ready for work. The pizza was finally delivered at 5:25 pm which was TWO HOURS AND FORTY-ONE minutes LATER. Thequality of the pizza and wings was terrible to add to the annoyance as the pizza was flat like cardboard and overcooked and thewings were barely covered in bbq sauce. I'm usually an understanding person who if told that if this place was understaffed Iwould be really reasonable and have no qualms but they didn't reach out or anything. I would never order from here again andadvise others to order from a different Domino's. I reached out to customer service and I'm still waiting to hear back fromthem. Read more
