It was just ok and I was hoping there would be more flavors to the Mi Quang but even the meat was tough..
Delicious Vietnamese snack: banh beo, banh bot loc, banh nam, banh ram it, cha hue. Our favorite hangout!
Banh Beo was good. Bun Bo Hue was good. Banh Xeo decent. Large and very crispy but lower on flavor. Mi Quang wasn't very good.... The noodles were very thick and very chewy. Chewy in a way I've never experienced in a noodle. Best way to explain it is like anal dente mochi in noodle form. Mi Quang is one of my favorite dishes and I'm not picky but this was by far the most interestingtake in the dish I've had. Also had hints of tomato in it. I ordered the #16 (bun bo hue - pictured), the #26 (com an phu - ordered togo), and a thai iced tea. The restaurant was... extremely busy but the staff processed everyone quickly and efficiently. I find a lot of the time that the better vietnameserestaurants dont have hoisin sauce/sriracha at every table; this is one of those places.
