Haven'r visited in a while. Had always been a great place for Sushi. Went for Sunday afternoon lunch. Was able to sit at the... bar, so no wait. The rolls seemed a little off on this visit. Attentive and friendly staff. Good for groups and families. Baked and fried sides were flavorful but a little tough Some of... the fried sides were lightly seasoned as expected of tempura, but tasted like they'd be fried long ago and reheated in an ovenor had been sitting under a heat lamp too long. Nigiri was not notable. High rice to fish ratio with exceedingly average fishquality. Typical of what you would find in a grocery store sushi bar. Rolls and handrolls also were not notable. Again had highrice to fish ratio, with average fish. The rolls were not great and sheer quantity of California roll filling overpowered thetaste of the fish. Impressions: $28/person for weekend dinner means that it's worth to visit if you're in the area and want toeat in a group with friends, but would not return. Read more

I have been coming here for years. Used to be my favorite sushi restaurant in the South Bay. The all you can eat is a good deal.... But everything seems to have gone down hill - especially the quality and freshness of the fish which is something a sushirestaurant shouldn?t compromise on. But the place remains popular if you measure it by the long lines. Read more

No. Seriously. No. I came here with my wife , thinking it would be great, so many positive reviews... Then i realized why. Place... focuses on roles and specialty roles. If you want good sushi like nigiri, don't come here. Rolls yes come here. Let me tell you,they're dense. Like that rice is dense, fills you up, might as well order a Rice roll with some fish.
