Updated 6/14/2022 5 stars to absolutely disgusting! I was looking forward to enjoy a bagel breakfast sandwich but I was... disgusted with what I witnessed. While a customer ordered, the food prepper was sweeping the floor with gloves. Being aregistered nurse and a neat freak, I was observing what her next move was going to be. She finished sweeping the floor and wenttowards the back to put away the broom and dustpan. While walking back to prep the food, instead of washing her bare hands anddonning new gloves. She washed her gloved hands! Yes, the same gloves she touched the broom and dust pan! That's freaking nastyand unacceptable! Of course, i left hungry and went across the street to Noah's bagels. They have some of the worst customer service. The lady there needs to learn some people skills cause she isn?t inviting at all.... If she hates her life so much she should just give up the business.
