UPDATE: We tried again for Sunday lunch. The place was not busy at all and this time service was great! They were careful to... make the pizza to the desired doneness, not burnt ???? And the salad bar lady was very nice and accommodating. I saw her beinggreat at taking kids orders too. I like how many salad dressing and mix-in options they have. Tables can be wiped more often inbetween customers, and utensil refilled, but that's minor. So 4 stars today ? My salad turned out real nice, however myhusband's pizza was a disaster. First it turned out with a very burnt crust. When we asked for a redo, the cooking was give butthen there was barely any meat on it. We ended up asking for a refund. Granted, it was the long weekend and they were clearlyunderstaffed and overwhelmed with the amount of orders. They should really hire more help who can deliver even under pressure. Read more
2 workers behind the counter, one person in front of me. They didn't look at either of us for ~5 minutes, and they weren't doing... anything. Eventually the guy in front of me left, and so did I. Definitely not your typical MOD pizza experience, but wouldstrongly recommend another location. Read more

Staff must be trained more. Some of the stuff are careless, impatient , and have attitude. Type of restaurant is serving the... customized pizza. It?s normal that customers ask more or less items on their pizza. It?s not not to just throwing the thingsover the pizza without attention. Update. Service here has gotten slower and slower over the last 6 months. Our last visit was especially slow. They appear to be... understaffed and can't keep up with the demand and several of the staff are glacially slow. Everyone is very nice but thatdoesn't make up for standing in line for 20 minutes waiting to place our order when there was only one group of two people infront of us. Hardly anyone in line when we arrived and by the time we placed our order the line was almost out to thedoor. Still love the pizza but they really need to step up the service. Love this place. Pizza is very good and you createyour own with one single price. They will add as much or as little of a topping that you request. It's cooked in minutes in abrick oven so it's almost like fast food pizza. I'm a deep dish pizza lover, which is the only reason MOD doesn't get 5 starsfrom me, but by getting the mega dough it's still very good. I also love the local pictures at their restaurants.
