First time trying the Pho Ha Noi in San Jose! I've been going to the one in Cupertino for takeout last few years. Yelp... waitlist! So do it on your phone so you can save some time! Parking lot in the plaza is plentiful, so parking shouldn't be anissue. Front of house is a bit unorganized as it took awhile to figure out who and where people were going. We ordered a porkroll. There were no crisp factor available (like an egg roll shell, so staff warned us, and we still ordered it. It was stillvery good! The dipping sauce is a bit spicy so heads up! I ordered the pho combo like the usual. It was so good :D It isdefinitely different to eat pho right in the restaurant compared to eating it at home and reheating the soup. I got some stir fry noodles and spring rolls (both vegetarian) here and enjoyed it in the pleasant ambience. I got my noodles... crispy (soft would have made it more noodle-y) which I had never tried before and it was pretty good! Try their spring rollswith peanut sauce too, so satiating and equally delicious. We came on a weekend for lunch so it was quite packed and after weput our name on the waiting list it took another 15 min to be seated. That being said service is great ingeneral. Unfortunately, there aren't a ton of vegetarian/vegan options so keep that in mind when coming here (hence 1 star off- how can there not be a single vegetarian/vegan pho?). Read more
I?ve been on the search for the ?best? pho in the area and this place definitely competes! What makes this pho unique is the... create your own bowl option by selecting up to 3 meats (4 for an extra charge). I really enjoy the area this place is located aswell, it?s tucked away and feels intimate. Service could be a little better, I was waiting around a bit. Gotta get the springrolls! Read more

My family and I were looking forward for good pho and we were blown away! When we got there around 730pm Tuesday, the line was... long but we got seated within 10mins. All three of us ordered #10 and shared fresh spring rolls. The spring rolls were yummy andthe sauce was great. The broth was amazing and we couldn?t finish so we took the leftovers home.
