I had made a call to this Starbucks location because I had been looking for a tumbler for the longest time. The team member who... answered the phone was very patient with me and when I asked if they could put it on hold for me she said unfortunately theycouldn?t but she did tell me exactly where I would find it if I came in the store soon. As soon as I got there I looked for itwith the rest of the tumblers and couldn?t find it so when I went to the register I told the young man helping me I had calledabout a tumbler earlier. He then asked for my name and to my surprise they had put it aside for me. I really appreciate thatthey took their time to put it on hold for me as they were pretty busy.
