We're the only ones in line, and I waited about 2 minutes before I left. There were 3 baristas talking among themselves while... preparing drinks for those before us. No hello, no give us a minute we'll be right with you, just outright ignored me while theywere talking and laughing among themselves. This was the part that seemed so unprofessional. The store is at gate 22. It?s a small store but with a bit slow service. Be prepared for the long lines than security lines. But... waiting for coffee is worth I guess!!! They do have snacks like chips , popcorn etc., and their cups and tumblers available.It?s pretty same like the other normal Starbucks. The worst! First of all I said no ice. They give me a drink with full ice! When j ask them to change it, they give me only 75%... of the drink. This is ridiculous and horrible. If Starbucks cares about customers, they should change this! I will never go thisStarbucks again and I advice others to also take their drinks from so many other places like peets coffee. The employees only talk to one another and are extremely slow in servicing customers in line. Stood in line for over 20 mins and... they served on average 1 person at the register every 3-4 minutes for no apparent reason. Avoid this location at all costs.There is another Starbucks by gate 12 that's much better. Read more
