On-Campus Starbucks is very crowded where you are just better off going to the 2 other starbucks about a block off campus. This... Starbucks often gets drinks wrong and honestly, you get what you expect with only students working there (from what it seems).Nonetheless, as a student I can see the convenience of this Starbucks, if you go there at a strategic time. This Starbucks doesn?t serve water. The staff said there would be an extra charge for water. That?s no nice.
Went the other day. The line was long and there were two registers open. One of the baristas (I'm sorry, I don't know her name.... She's Black with glasses and braids with shells in them) announced that one line would be for people who wanted to pay withtheir tower card and another for people who wanted to pay by credit card/cash. She calls up anyone who had a tower card. No onewent up and they stayed in line, presumably to pay by credit card/cash. I decide to go up and order since I was paying throughtower card. This barista cuts me off and says I cut the line. I repeat what she announced and that I have a tower card. Sheproceeds to repeat herself and condescendingly tell me that possibly someone could have a tower card in the credit card/cashline. I was confused and went back to my place in line, but I did not appreciate her attitude or the fact that she embarrassedme over something she absolutely said. Read more
