Last week we went to get boba at this place , and the lady at the desk said we had one more stamp until we have a free boba.... Today, we went to this store and we tried to redeem the boba, and the stamps reset to 5 stamps. The lady at the desk was superrude and told us that the system never malfunctioned before and we got the stamps wrong. Then when we tried to order a boba,they didn't have boba. I love to try boba teas through out the bay area & so far this has to be the best one yet. Loved the Oolong milk tea with boba.

Do not place an order online. I ordered and paid for my order through the website and they had no idea how to process it at the... store. No one answered to cancel the order, so I now have to call my credit card to deal with the issue. I tried to order aheadbecause the wait is very long in person. The bubble tea is good though.
