Both times I visited this location, (11/12-11/13) they were pretty busy, wait times 15-45 minutes. However, the fact I came back... for breakfast should tell you how I feel about the food here. The staff was curtious, and attentive. The place felt like aclassic diner, something you would see in a 90's movie. I had chicken fried steak on the first day, and the corn beef hash thesecond. These dishes were amazing, the presentation was good, the flavor rich. I could tell the kitchen staff has had plenty ofexperience creating these dishes. The pancakes were average, but that doesn't take away from the overall quality of the meal. IfI ever visit the area again, I would come here to grab breakfast again. Read more

The meals here are so delicious and filling. We had several egg dishes that were incredible and the side of pancakes was a nice... bonus. There is ample parking behind and you have your choice for sitting indoors or outdoors. It took a long time to get mywater and the food came out fairly spaced apart in terms of timing. The bathrooms weren't as clean as I'd like and you can getbetter coffee at one of the nearby coffee shops. I would give this place a 4.5 star review of Google allowed. Read more
This is a cute little breakfast/brunch spot close to the Arena. I come here for a bite before work sometimes. This time I came... here with some friends on a Saturday for brunch. We sat on the patio and everything was delicious and the staff was veryfriendly. Definitely a must try if you are in the area. Read more

If you have tables out side watch them and serve them as you do with the tables inside the place. We lovepancakes and we look always for new places looking for something good.
