I came by the drive thru to order. I had some questions and was asking about the prices and the lady on the speaker was... extremely rude. Every time I asked her something she would respond to me with an awful annoyed tone and would even stopresponding. She sounded upset as if she didn?t want to be there. I processed to ask her if she was ok, and why was she mad. Istill had not even placed an order and she responded to me ?thank you have nice day?. I went to the window and questioned to seewhy she was talking to me like that. Nicole was at the drive thru , and claimed she just got there and it wasn?t her. I don?tappreciate this type of customer service. I?ve worked in the food industry before and I?ve never treated anyone in this manner.If they are going to be having attitudes with customers, maybe they should look to work elsewhere.
