I LOVE this restaurant and have for over 10 years! They have excellent quality service and cuisine, fitting perfectly in old... world charm of San Juan Capistrano! Abraham is a delight to be served by! Along with newer server Andrew, whom is so polite,efficient and great with everything we needed and asked for, I was very impressed with the service he provided for us -excellent! The bar never disappoints and the signature Tomato soup is to die for! We are looking to have them cater ourcorporate events monthly as they have expanded their catering services and are doing wonderfully! bravo Sundried! Read more
We hired the Sundried Tomato to cater our wedding food in July and they were amazing! We had 120 guests and chose a buffet style... and literally everyone talked about how good the food was. We had steak and salmon - both of which don’t taste good ifthey’re not cooked well, and it was amazing!! The appetizers were fantastic, we opted for an additional veggie/starch whichwas awesome, and they even made individual dishes for our vegan family. This is the first time I’ve been positively surprised by food since the pandemic. Carefully crafted flavors in the food and... cocktails we ordered. I’m so accustomed to being able to easily break down dishes and critique on how they could be better,and I couldn’t do that here. We went first time to try it out . The place was dead on Sunday 4:00 p.m. We was only one inside dining room, did not know what... to expect since was our first time . After other customers came in and was greeted at the table right away we felt kind offdiscriminated how services was different. We sat for awhile till get greeted at the table, other customers was greeted rightaway and served water bottle with glasses right away we did not . Other customers received bread baskets before meal we did not.We try once and no more I don’t feel we deserve different service as other customers!!!!! Read more

Sundried Tomato was our wedding caterer at Casa Romantica. Patti assisted us with our tasting and creating our menu. We loved... the food! The catering staff were kind to all our guests and made sure to even bring the hors d'oeuvres to guests during familyphotos. The bar service was also top notch. My husband and I were greeted by the catering staff with a toast of Champaign. Thebar always had a supply of water available to guests. Our wedding food was delicious and we had no idea one of the rented ovenswas not working. Somehow Sundried Tomato Catering still made everything happen flawlessly. We also decided to add a Champaigntoast to dinner and they continued to serve Champaign to guests throughout the entire dinner. We highly recommend SundriedTomato Catering and look forward to eating at their restaurant soon! Read more
