Very disappointed with this Chipotle. Got up to the counter. No white rice. No veggies. No green salsa. No Watermelon Limeaid.... No one gave a damn. Really disappointed. Should have gone to Dave?s Hot Chicken instead. Read more
Whoever does the ordering for this store shouldn?t be a manager of a their own sock drawer let alone the only Chipotle store in... a busy college town. I?ve never seen a store that?s consistently out of everything this much. It?s to a point where I?m writingthis review because it?s legitimately concerning. Today is rice and guacamole, beef, tortillas yesterday fajita veggies, nochicken. Everyday they are out of the most important components to make any meal here. We come here often because our son likes it. We've noticed the portions are getting smaller and smaller even though they... recently raised their prices. We were there Thursday night and could not believe what little food they gave our son. Heordered a burrito with no beans, but they only gave him half a scope of rice and three small pieces if meat. The guy said he canonly give 4-oz. of meat, but appeared to be much less. He did weigh the portion but still refused to add more. Read more
ordered a salad, paid, then realized they didn't give us salad dressing. Then was told they are all out. Definitely should have... been told that upfront so could have ordered something different. They were also all put of the new garlic steak that wasadvertised with large posters around the store. (This was right at 5:00 dinner rush hadn't even occured yet) Take the postersdown if you aren't going to have it. Same with some promotional lemonade drink that was advertised but not an option at ourlocation. Chips were stale, unused to live chipotle chips, but I just threw them away they were so bad. (We asked for new chipsthat were equally bad) Giant puddle on the floor with a wet floor sign in one area but the puddle spanned like 12 feet and thefloor was so slippery. They are always out of ingredients and the employees seem annoyed about it as much as customers. Needs new management quick. Bad... experience about 3 out of 4 times here. Update: The worse! Given them so many chances. I think the owner likes these badreviews. Tried to order for pickup today. It was promised at 11:00, but wasn't ready til 12:20.
