I don't know what to say. Either the business model is trash or the workers are incompetent. It shouldn't take 4 people 30... minutes (and counting) to make a bagel. Absolute joke. Edit: To top it off they didn't even tell us when the order was readyand they gave us next to zero cream cheese. Came here to get a bagel but ended up waiting 10 and had to tell the 5 employees who were just standing around about my order. I... was the only customer there but everyone forgot that I had ordered a bagel. If you ever do come here make sure they are makingwhatever you ordered. The employees might forget or choose not to place your order since they're too busy doing nothing. Read more
