Our visit to El Pollo Loco was very disappointing. They ran out of cooked chicken at 4:45pm. WHAT? We waited for 45 mins until... our order was filled. We took it home to eat. The chicken pieces were very small, plus there were only 7 pieces instead of 8.Yeah, they gave us an extra side for waiting so long. Big deal. Chicken pieces were small and dry. The chopped chicken for salad was not fresh. The cashier seemed put off that we did not... rattle off our order in 3 seconds. With almost a sour face and put out that we asked questions about menu. She tried zero % toput energy or enthusiasm into customer servicing us. Read more
