Extremely mediocre ramen. I ordered Tonkotsu ramen and almost every component was lacking. Noodles weren't springy, ramen egg... was overcooked, chashu was the consistency of ham, and the broth was bland (no wonder they charge extra for spicy). The food here is decent and reasonably priced. The service however has a great deal of room for improvement. If you don't have... cash you will be forced to order through a kiosk screen. My spicy tuna salad was beautifully presented but wasn't spicy at all.After the guy behind the counter ignored my request for spicy chili paste, I decided not to ask him for soy sauce.
