I was disappointed in the french fries they were way too salty I had the Stacked and loaded french fry thing it wasn't worth... the $17 The $27 half rack of ribs the ribs were greasy and and chewy for $27 I was expecting a melt in your mouth type of beefrack of ribs. Pretty good food! We ordered the Southwest salad and a ribs plate. The Southwest dressing was flavorful, but oddly runny. It... didn?t coat the salad well so I asked for more, then ended up adding ranch. It was delicious, but a thicker dressing would haveput it over the top! The ribs were insanely good and the honey butter for the cornbread was to die for. The cornbread itself wasso crumbly, which was yummy, but made it hard to eat with the butter. The baked potato was a little hard, but the sweet potatofries were perfection! Funny how workers change the atmosphere. When we got there, we ordered a beer as it was my husbandsbirthday, and she was too young to serve it. She was short with us and no music was on. Halfway through eating, there was ashift change and she put music on and you could tell her demeanor was so much more friendly, that?s when I asked for moredressing and she was so pleasant! Hadn?t gone to the Rip line in a year or so because the food started going downhill for a while and wasn?t worth it. Decided to... go back cause I used to love it so much. Visited Father's day 2022 and really underwhelmed from the decor, customer service to value. Was highly recommend and for me... that day was just ok, nothing special. Plus I'm sure they were understaffed because my simple order of tri-tip sandwich & beantook 25 mins with them also missing my requested salsa. The tri- tip and beans just ok, bread for the sandwich soggy. An orderafter I place mine with 2 people was served before me. Come to find out my order was placed on a table with no communicationthat my order was ready for pick up. Person at the register also taking walk-in and call/online orders at the same time and youcould see she was not happy working at that time. Was so busy that day that certain food options were out of from baked potatoesto bbq chicken. The fake plants hanging down looked tacky, to-go lunch specials not up to date, electronic wires from ceilingto countertop not visually pleasant, was able to view stocked boxes as you walk into kitchen walkway with a grubby trash on theside of those boxes, all kinds of equipment around cashier front and back of them. Paint or cleaning of walls definitely neededespecially the EAT sign above looking dingy. Owner of Rib Line emailed me after viewing my review requesting I call them with acertain phone number. When I called was told by an employee that owner is rarely there because of the business (catering). Sowhy send me a contact number you won't be available at except for messages going back and forth, suprised but I shouldn't havebeen with my overall visit on father's day.. Read more
