This location is typically great, but they recently changed staff. I walked up to the pickup window and a girl who was standing... there on her phone looked at me then continued looking at her phone....even after knocking on the window I was ignored for agood 2min. Finally opened the window with no hello or anything. Really disappointing service. Read more
Bryan the lead supervisor treated me and gave me my order of Venti Chai Latte and Danish for free. All because it was taking me... forever to dig up my wallet from my purse to use one of my credit cards because my phones apple pay function wasn?t working likeit had just done at the Marshalls I?d shopped at. So I was frustrated and discombobulated, bc I was afraid I was going to holdup the line.
