I love Starbucks but I drove 3hrs to pick up my daughter from CSUSM and the restroom s were both closed that was a really big... inconvenience the subway next door let my daughters use the restroom. Read more
Lots of nice indoor and outdoor seating areas, in a nice shopping center with a breeze. Friendly staff too :)
I believe the overall picture of this place is a quite one well operation. The manager is on there to explain and show the other... workers what their jobs are to do. It looks like a very well machine that is working just fine. They are attentive to gettingthe orders out mobile orders and orders that come in with a fast and effective procedure that is probably less than 20 secondsit seems like because it is so fast and efficient on getting that order out and if they happen to forget a straw or anythingelse it is quickly handled and the customer seems happy as they leave the place. As I explain to another participant that allStarbucks are not equal some do a lot better some are average and some are below par. This one is above average. Due to theirlocation they do not have a drive-thru which to me I kind of like because the fact is I don't have to worry about being hit by acar. But they're fast mobile app production is a site to see people know what they're doing and the manager does a great job offacilitating their expertise on this matter. Always constantly looking to upgrade and make their store look better. Keeping itclean is one thing that I did notice a lot stations were wiped down , floors were swept and this is only because we got there assoon as they they open. Very stocked their shells and everything else with trying to keep a minimum of product not to disturbthe customers inside the store it was done fast and efficiently and as you can see in the pictures the shelves look straight andneat. If there were some things that I did not like but that is my personal preference due in conversation. But other than thatthey're a fine above average Starbucks. Read more
I go here a lot and almost half of my coffees have seemed like they didn?t have any espresso or at least have less than they... should. I?ve gotten drinks that are supposed to have four shots and it tastes like straight milk and I have never had thishappen at any other starbucks. So hit or miss i would definitely recommend a different location. Read more
