I typically love this location as a good coffee from here is a nice addition to my morning. Unfortunately, this morning they... completely butchered my order. The line was so long because of the insanely slow movement of the employees that I decided tospare them and just take the visibly wrong drink. It was disgusting, easily the worst coffee I have ever drank. Every othermorning has amazing coffee and poor service, something I can live with. Only way to place an order was an acutely limited self service screen, upon asking for oat milk which was disabled as an option... the lady said ?you didn?t click that? as if i didn?t already know... order came relatively fast but any other location wouldhave allowed my request as I?ve visited many. For the money I think it's better than the... other expensive coffee shop on campus but they get so busy they can't keep the waiting area clean during peak times.
