I love coming to this earth burger. The food is excellent. They don’t mind if you have a complicated order. They don’t make... you feel like you’re inconveniencing them because of your preferences. The whole staff is excellent. In particular, Apollo andTila have helped me most and are always consistently helpful and accurate with the orders. Apollo has a great attitude everytime; she holds great energy and makes you feel welcome and invited. Tila is the manager and she has excellent suggestions fordrinks if ever needed. My mom, who lives in San Antonio, has been raving about this establishment. She mentions she wanted it to exist in Austin,... because this 100% plant based establishment suits me, a vegan for 23+ years. My mom noted the fact the Seventh-day Adventistowners close the shop on Saturday impresses her. My mom says, "she will take me anywhere I want on my birthday", so I chosehere and she agreed. We drove from Austin's North side and it was worth it. I had one of the best meals of my life. I had themock chicken sandwich with buffalo sauce and mock mayo. Stumbled upon this gem while visiting San Marcos and WOW WOW the fries were so flavorful and perfectly crisp, and the burgers... were soo good.
