DO NOT GO to this Jack In The Box......... The inside is filthy. The windows have not been cleaned for years. Do I even need to... mention the restrooms. Rule of thumb for customers....if you walk into an unclean dining room the cooking area is the same. Thefood is ok but they consistently get your order wrong by forgetting items. Or do things like forget to put cheese on your tacosor burger. One time my son got home and there was no meat patty on his burger. And when you call it is impossible to get them todo anything about it. The excuse is there is no manager who can handle your issue. In our case we live 30 plus minutes out so weare just out of luck. Some of their staff are professional but a lot of the younger ones are snooty or just plain rude.Especially when you point out their mistakes and as I mentioned above is often. I can?t remember the last time I went to a Jack In The Box & the food was original (good). 10PM and the food is fresh ,... the guy at the drive thru window has some great customer service skills (in a good mood , respectful). I didn't even get to order my food. I went to the drive-thur to order tacos and fries for my son. When I went to speak into the... speaker the girl said very rudely that she couldn't hear me. So I raised my voice a little so she could hear me. She proceededto tell me I don't need to yell at her, and she was VERY RUDE. I then went inside to speak to the manager and that same girlcame up there to the counter while I was speaking to the manager. She then said I hurt her feelings and I needed to apologizeto her when she was the rude one. I don't know if she was having a bad day or if she just doesn't understand what customerservice is, bur I will not be going back to that Jack in the Box ever again. Read more
LAZY WORKERS! July 21st, 9pm- SIX PEOPLE working tonight and after waiting forever for someone to take my order, the girl says... "um, we're already closed. You can order through door dash though." I responded with " Aren't y'all 24/7? How are y'all "closed"but still open?" She said they were short staffed so they decided to close early.. but were still taking door dash and onlineorders? After pulling around I see SIX people standing around a cash register with the girl talking and laughing with the otherworkers. To the owner, take a look at your cameras and fire these lazy people! You are wasting your money paying them to standaround. There are jack in the box locations that work overnight with TWO employees. Normally I wouldn't be so bothered, but I'vebeen working since 5am on an empty stomach and these lazy employees sure know how to make a hungry man lose his appetite realquick. I don't work at Amazon or the HEB warehouse near y'all, but know A LOT of night workers and they love jack in the box.Take the trash out owner, there are people ready to actually work and make you money. Awful food!! Every piece of food we got from drive thru was cold!! Tacos, burgers, fries.. food was so cold that the fake... "cheese" wasn't even halfway melted on ANYTHING. Went from window to parking-lot to eat. Didn't ask to remake it.. You get oneshot. NOTHING WAS REMOTELY HOT!! We rarely do fast food and this is the reason why!!! Read more
