Super difficult to deal with. Poor customer interaction. Poor website.
Very bad customer service, it?s nasty and dirty, young kids are always on the phone. They keep you waiting and don?t acknowledge... you because they?re occupied on the phone. Where is the manager?? She?s never there when I have a complaint.I work at the malland when I go on my lunch break I always get very bad attitude. I haven?t gone back due to the rudeness and the place beingdirty. Read more
Really dirty, everything was sticky, flies, and the cookies were awful, like eating rocks. Never go to this location!
Guy was texting when i walked in. He gave me attitude when i ordered. Before getting my cookie he changed the song playing on... his laptop with the same gloves used to serve my cookie. A college student walked in as i was finishing up and announced thatthere would be a large group coming in. The male employee acted disgusted and discouraged them from coming in.The time beforelast a college student was wearing only underwear and a t-shirt, they served her as if everything was normal.
