I love frozen yogurt. Good selection and fresh toppings. Staff did not greet us and wasn't very friendly.
As diverse as San Marcos is with the college and all this is unbelievable. Me and my daughter..and my grand kids First walk in... we felt unwanted because we were stared at by the employees as if we were not welcomed! Not only that we were watched theentire time until we checked out. I didn?t even get what I really wanted because ?if I?m not wanted? I?m leaving immediately! Ishouldn?t have even purchased anything. Small place. Expensive. At least this last time the workers we're nice and helpful. First time I went with my younger daughter,... it was horrible. The workers we're unpleasant and didn't interact with customers nor seemed interested in being there. They werealso rude. Read more

My kids love this place, therefore we go. Menchie's in general as a business I like. This location in particular looks rundown... when you get inside which is odd considering they are in a busy, new and kind of upscale part of the city. It's typically dirtyinside and out when we go, at least one machine will be out completely and the toppings area could use some TLC. Service is ahit and miss, nothing too negative, just not the menchie's experience we've experienced at almost all other menchie's. Read more
