Total BS...couldn't use the app to place our order and get 1/2 price drinks. We used one of the stalls and place the order.... Watched the screen, about 10 mins AFTER it said our order was on the way it was brought to us but not until AFTER a car thatpulled up after we placed our order received their food first. Be sure to leave a cash tip ONLY! This Sonic takes any credit card tip and deducts it from the car hop's wage, so you're just... paying extra for your food and the store is taking it away from their employees. Service is understandably slow because of this;there is no incentive to work more quickly for tips. Read more
Horrible horrible horrible service. We waited in the stall having to push the button for the second time after they turned it... off and we were already waiting 13 minutes while we waited sucking in fumes from the diesel beside us. So we decided enough ofthis and went to the drive thru side hoping better service. As we get up there to the speaker we notice a lady is walkingtowards us with a cone and tells us they are no longer taking orders. I ordered a #17 with a French vanilla iced coffee nothing vanilla or french about it it was more like dirty sock water.
