We absolutely love Torchys tacos. We discovered them on a vacation to Texas when we lived in AZ and I would be lying if I said... that it wasn't a major factor in us moving here- that's how much we loved it. We have continued to come as often as possible andhave always enjoyed it. The bartender guy working today refused to honor the happy hour policy and stated that it is only for dine in. Nowhere in the... restaurant does it say that you have to dine in to receive the $2 off.
