Heavily subscribed , getting seated may take time unless you have booked on line. They escort you to the table and provide you... with a menu card that can spoil you with choices. Big selection of food to choose from on the menu and huge portions! We were 6 celebrating a birthday lunch and ordered the... delicious avocado rolls, chicken marsala, grilled Brussels sprouts, chicken sandwich, spicy pasta, and tacos. The velvetchocolate cheesecake slice was big enough to share with everyone and was always a favorite. We had a lot of leftovers to takehome! They had a complimentary ice cream sundae which was nice. They really need to clean their dish washer machine. Plates and utensils were greasy and covered in film even when asking for a... replacement. The floors are slippery and unsafe as well. I didn't even want to experience their restrooms... I could onlyimagine. The facility also seemed to have some kind of electrical fire, the smell was a bit overwhelming. Other than thosethings... The cakes looks really good from the outside. We didnt get a chance to eat. There were plenty of tables free but still we were... told waiting time 30 Minutes. There were like 3 people in the welcoming area chatting with each other. But still we had to wait30 minutes. My friends have experienced the same many times. The Cheesecake Factory in San Mateo is a wonderful place to enjoy the time and have a outstanding cheesecake. We Just went there... asked for a table and half an hour later we had one. We ordered to different Cheesecake. A pecanus Turtle Cheesecake and a applecaramel Cheesecake and two Cola Zero. Our guy from the Service Team was German speaking like us, so He talked to us German alltime and Like usual He refilled Out Glases or brought a new one before we ran empty.
