Consistently the best Starbucks in the area. Never messed up an order, so fast, and everyone's always super nice!
Employees were really rude, one took the order and seem really inpatient so the order it was wrong but didn?t want to say... nothing. When our order was ready it took a while btw they didn?t have us straws I asked for it the lady threw it at me. Andthey were missing a drink I asked kindly for it she replied really rude ?they?re working on it?. They seem not to like the job.Once I was getting out they looked at me and laugh about something they said about me. Really unprofessional. The lady who is in the register with red hair was so rude. I had my family trying to order drinks and was overly rude . I... honestly felt discriminated due to her not even trying to keep eye contact or act in a friendly manner. Also while we waitingfor out drinks she was bad mouthing customers about how nobody not knowing what to order. I will contact corporate about thisissue. Knowing that she represents Starbucks as first point of contact being on the register is a negative point of view forcustomers. The barista who gave us our drinks was amazing and went as far as apologizing. However I will never return to thisStarbucks and will not recommend my family and friends. Read more
