Terrible experience here.. I have never been to El Pollo Loco before and now I'm not sure I ever will go again. The girl taking... my order was so rude and unpleasant. Yes I was taking some time to order because ive never been there before. She act like I'minconvenience her asking about the side dishes.. At the end i was asking her if my order was right cause we wanted 2 wingsinstead of the breast and I asked 3 times, each time her reply in her rude tone was the total price of my order, $23. $23 $23 that woman needs to be moved to another position where she not dealing with a customer or get another job. Come here for lunch about 4 days out of the week. Food is good, it's what you would expect. I would say the staff is what really... makes this review a 5 star rating. Although this location gets busy , the staff is always attentive and tries to accommodate tothe customers needs as best as possible. Read more
The young woman who took my order was not only very friendly, but went above and beyond like I?ve never seen anywhere in the... L.A. region. Her friendly, communicative, and talkative demeanor reminded me of the southern hospitality of my hometown wherecustomer service is highly valued.
