Excellent ramen. Pork is amazing.
Uchiwa makes the best broth for their tonkatsu. I like to add kimchi to the bowl and their fire spice on the side. I disagree... with the reviews that say the broth is bland. It is the richest that I have found. The only place that even compares is in Japantown in SF. The food is superior and you couldn't ask for more personal experience. Short ribs were great. The Ramen itself was inedible, I have an incredibly high spice tolerance, but the way they made it was... just inedible, not spicy, just absolutely destroyed the meal. They made a meal I ordered intolerably spicy when I orderedRegular Spice. I love spicy food, but this wasn't good, the ramen bowl was absolutely destroyed from the level of spice in avery bad way, couldn't taste anything, wasn't even worth eating half of it.
