When there group of 9 (5 adults and 4 kids) on Friday (after Thanksgiving) for lunch. There is line but not crazy long as the... pictures. We probably waited 30 mins. I like the setup and show noodle made fresh. Noodle is order to made like fast foodcafeteria style. 1st Pick the broth 2nd size of bowl - Regular or Large. Regular just one bowl - you could see the guy weighteach bowl with noodle. 3rd -- pick the topping. Tempura -- you pick yourself on to plate -- cashier will watch what your pick.Be careful and double check because I got charge twice for 1 item because I pick up the second one and put back. Cashier thoughtI pick 2 instead of 1. Indoor and outside seating. This place is crowded, we have 1 person look for table fit 9 of us whileother wait in line to order the foods. Indoor seating is pretty tight. Self serve - utensil, napkins and water. I had Nikutama(Large), broth is sweet, I don't like as much but the noodle is chewy. Soft boiled egg (med) is good but is just lukewarm. Brothis not crazy hot that would burn your hand if touch the bowl, just hot enough to see steam. My 5 yrs niece got Kake (Large) --She like it but she said is not enough noodle. She finished all the noodles but not the broth. She still hungry and want morenoodles. We did not order more noodle since we dont want to get back in line. Tempura --- sweet potato and Chicken katsu isgood, other is okay Also ordered Tonkatsu and Curry Nikutama. Read more

Broth needs to be more hot and rice not soggy. By the time we sat down, the broth was just warm and it makes sense when it?s... not steaming when they give you your bowl. I don?t recall this being a shortcoming in Waikiki but do think it happens at the SFStonestown location. The broth needs to be piping hot since it takes time to grab your tempura item, checkout with the cashierand get your utensils, cups before sitting down. The rice was surprising hot but yet soggy. Noticed other reviews had similarexperience. Hope this feedback gets addressed and improvements made. Read more

Flavorful broth, sweet shredded Beef, thick rich noodles, this was the perfect late lunch or early dinner. The flavor boost from... the crunchy tempura bits, and slivered sweet green onion on top were amazing, a real huge added punch of flavor. Superb Read more

We came to Dublin for a Yelp elites event and after that we thought to have an early dinner. This is in the City Center at San... Ramon. You should expect a very busy place as it was Tuesday evening and still the rush was there. Very well organized as youfirst need to look for the menu and order it once you get the order you pay and get seated and enjoy your dish. I ordered Beef,my daughter got the Tongosoup and we also got fried chicken for my son. It was so relishing and delicious that we didn't evenrealize how quickly the dinner was finished. Once you finish you take your tray with a bowl to return on the left hand sidearea. There's a nice helpful gentleman who will take the tray from you. I liked their service. There's a place to sit inside andoutside as well. I will definitely recommend this place. Read more

If you are not a fan waiting in line, do not go at 11:30 am on Sunday. We had waited for 50 minutes to get our noodles. I am... happy that they still have vegan option and it?s really delicious. However, the place was packed and a lot of people occupiedthe seats before placed an order, and we had to sit at the bar in the end. Read more
