We ordered 2 bowls which were great. They wouldn't provide a key to the restroom to wash hands and the sanitizer dispenser was... empty. Cashier told some story about manager tired of losing keys so took away all bathroom privileges. While we were eating,cashier proceeds to use a key for the bathroom, so it seems they just don't want customers to use the clearly public restrooms. There are solutions to this problem without being disrespectful to paying customers, like having a large keychain that can't bepocketed, hanging on the wall, exchanging drivers license for the key, etc. Read more

Young adults working part time lack Customer service and common business sense. location was missing ingredients in one of ... the bowls, an ingredient for which they charge extra for in other bowl options. I Requested a swap for an ingredient in place,the server declined and wanted to charge extra. Because of that I opted for the least expensive bowl with additions and payedless than what I would have paid if they simply honored the request to swap the missing ingredient for another. When explained,the servers response was (I don?t really care, I just work here). Which I acknowledged was evident. Then when paying, mentionedafter ringing me up and excepting my cash, they had insufficient change. Luckily I was paying with near exact cash but the lackof professionalism and common sense even at the local Vitality spot was disappointing.
