Would not honor digital coupon. Didn't tell me until after it was clicked and could not be used after 9 minutes.
Waited longer than expected, pretzel torn up and put in bag, missing sauces, and they put a cinnamon flavor with a garlic one... instead of putting the garlic with the regular flavor. Is there no management there to look at quality!? Read more
Ok I've never had a problem but lately i have last few timews they didnt have any ready. Went yesterday Nov 2 at 5:30 pm and... the girl.had nothing made. She said I can wait about 5 or 6 minutes and she can make some. It wasn't busy and she had the timeto have them made and ready its rediculous that people cant do a simple job when its not instead of wandering around lookinglost. Everytime the pretzel bitzs are burnt! 5 times now over gone in the last month. Employees need to be retrained.
